NeuroAdria Congress

The NeuroAdria Congress is a continuation of the successful project Migrena i ja, initiated by neurologists from the University Hospital Centre Split in collaboration with the student association CroMSIC. The congress takes place at the University of Split School of Medicine.

The program begins with an opening ceremony and a round table on the first day, while the second day is dedicated to expert lectures, workshops, and poster presentations.

The main theme of the congress is headaches, one of the most common and significant public health issues that greatly affects quality of life and everyday activities.

The aim of the congress is to provide young doctors and medical students with the opportunity to acquire the knowledge and skills needed for the timely recognition of different types of headaches, distinguishing their clinical features, and successfully treating and managing patients.

Through an interactive and educational program, NeuroAdria seeks to empower future generations of physicians in tackling headache disorders, while encouraging multidisciplinary collaboration and knowledge exchange.

The congress is held with strong institutional support from the Split-Dalmatia County, the Ministry of Health, and the Ministry of Science, Education and Youth.

Special support for the organization of the congress is also provided by the Director of the University Hospital Centre Split, Professor Krešimir Dolić, MD, PhD, further emphasizing the importance of this event for both the local and national community.
